Millennium Premier New York Times Square Hotel

We stayed at a hotel near Times Square with our kids for a family trip. The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the city and visiting attractions like Broadway and Rockefeller Center. Although breakfast was grab-and-go, it wasn't a deal-breaker for us as there were convenience stores nearby for other options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the convenience of being so close to Times Square.

The Millennium Premier New York Times Square offers fantastic facilities, with wall-to-wall windows in the room providing breathtaking panoramic views. the presence of housekeeping attending on a daily basis ensures a comfortable and clean stay.

While my stay was overall pleasant, there were some minor inconveniences with the room. I had to request a change of towels, which I believe should have been automatically provided, and the room service's pick up was not as prompt as expected.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in New York City. I liked every detail about my great 5 nights stay here❤

Possibly the best and memorable stay at the Premier Hotel. Fruit, cereal, toast, pastries and eggs were brilliant and overall there was a wide range of food. I was offered a room with exceptional views out of my room. The location was stunning, at a walking distance from Rockefeller Center.

Spacious Accommodations: During my stay, I was impressed by the spacious residential-style accommodations. It felt like having my own New York City apartment, complete with luxurious amenities and stunning views of the city. It was like having the entire Big Apple at my fingertips, with the comfort of home.

The biggest advantage of the location

For such a large hotel, room where breakfasts are served and breakfasts themselves leave much to be desired.

Cozy lovely boutique place, it has incredible location right by many major attractions and Times Square.

Had a FANTASTIC STAY in the heart of the city! the view of the NYE ball from my room was stunning. Would return, but photos are misleading.

Besides, parking was available nearby.

The bed was very uncomfortable here.

During my transit stay in New York, the Millennium Premier Times Square provided convenient access to the 34 Street – Penn Station, allowing for easy transportation to various parts of the city. the hotel's close proximity to the Times Square – 42nd Street Metro Station, just a 3-minute walk away, made exploring the city's attractions hassle-free.

While the Millennium Premier Times Square offered a comfortable stay, I did notice that the furniture and bathroom seemed a bit dated and patched up in places. I found the lighting in the room to be a bit confusing, as only one switch appeared to operate the lighting from one bedside.

Our stay was nice, and we would stay here again. We appreciated the hotel, it was cozy and had ideal location near to Grand Central station.

The crew at the hotel was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The espresso machine at breakfast was a nice touch. The room on the 14th floor had a stunning view of the city. The location near Times Square was unbeatable. The prompt provision of a refrigerator upon request was appreciated.

The fact that by 8:00 p.m. there was no one left at the reception desk and a sign asked us to go to the Millenium Broadway, whose address was not given... On the other hand the breakfast room was very small and not very friendly.

Bright rooms, exceptionally pleasant staff. The best thing is location - close to Times Square and shops and Millennium Broadway.

The hotel's decor is charming and elegant, with beautiful touches that made me feel at ease. The general areas were well-maintained and provided comfortable seating for a restful time. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with well-lit and spacious hallways, making it easy to navigate around the premises.

It would have been wonderful if the children of the staff were more attentive to the special needs of senior guests.

It's right smack in the middle of Times Square so we could easily hit up all the dope shops and attractions. The vibes in the hotel were chill, and we took advantage of those free snacks and wine in the evening. Plus, the staff, especially Jacob, was mad helpful and made our stay awesome.

We wished the hotel had a cool rooftop bar or lounge where we could hang out and meet other young peeps like us. An extra spot to kick back and have fun would've taken our stay to the next level.

without a doubt THE LOCATION!! It's just a few steps from the heart of time scuare. Nearby meters that move you all over the city. . Breakfast variety is scarce, but good. . . Spacious room and very comfortable beds. I would repeat!

The air conditioning of the room, the first two nights we spent quite cold. We tried to put the heating on but it wouldn't-- We asked for some blankets and it got a little better.

The breakfast they offer is unfortunate, as they have very little variety and when they run out they replenish it very slowly. Even when more guests come down for breakfast they tell you that you can only eat what is left. Therefore, either you go down soon or badly. On the other hand, the space for breakfast is very small.

The hotel had a hot tub surprise which was really nice, great that they had that half expected it and the shower was a power one for sure. Appreciated the cool relaxation areas in the hotel, they had a nice small pool and a good sauna to unwind after a long day. Only downside was the iffy wifi signal in the room, kind of frustrating when you're trying to stay connected, but overall had a fab time there. 🌟

location was excellent, it couldn't be better, being just around the corner (literally, it doesn't take a minute to walk) from Times Square for that price I didn't think was possible. staff were very attentive and didn't hesitate to ask if we needed anything, cleanliness was impeccable every day.

For making a complaint, which is not a complaint. Little variety at breakfast. Cereals, croissant, melon, pineapple and toast that could be accompanied by ham or cheese. But I say it's for writing something, I have no complaints

in the rooms the traces of use could not be overlooked (holes in the floor, also the cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired.. hotel management should give up offering breakfast. there was a breakfast rush. rather resembled a bar, so there were no tables and chairs. armchairs and coffee tables, in the whole place for approximately 20 persons! this with 21 floors.. one was lucky and got an armchair! one had breakfast standing up, at best one took his breakfast with him to his room.. if you asked for missing tea. you got the prompt answer that you should drink the tea that was there (which was good after all, friendliness of the staff at the reception was person-dependent. there was viviana. who was very nice, pleasant and helpful and very professional, there was also the opposite: chewing gum, obviously annoyed by questioning tourists, extremely unfriendly, not to say vulgar, an advanced training on the topic of adapted customer service would be useful!

Despite a slight hiccup with room allocation, Monique ensured a memorable stay with a room upgrade. The central location made visiting nearby landmarks like Macy's and the Empire State Building convenient, enhancing family bonding during our time in New York. The relaxation facilities added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip.

The Millennium hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Times Square and surrounded by great dining options. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable king-size bed and a luxurious walk-in shower. the concierge was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making our check-in and check-out process a breeze. the added bonus of free WiFi and nightly manager's reception with delicious appetizers was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Cleanliness was top-notch; the room was spacious and neat with extra door lock/blocker. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the key card accessed the elevator, which is a good safety precaution. I stayed at the hotel for 5 days on a New Year's vacation. The front desk clerks, a woman and a man, were friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view of the ball drop and was worth the extra $300. The location was perfect, near lots of stores and train stations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the free breakfast and happy hour snacks and drinks from 5pm to 7pm.
